I recently joined the Proposals team at Stacy and Witbeck. I spent the previous eight years as a Civil Superintendent, managing work in the field for one of the country’s largest heavy civil contractors and a top builder of light rail, commuter rail, and streetcar systems. I have performed and/or managed nearly every scope of work pertaining to a Light Rail, Streetcar or Commuter Rail system.Prior to joining Stacy and Witbeck, I worked as a foreman for Team Fishel's Wet Utility division. I joined Team Fishel in December of 2012 as a CDL driver, but quickly advanced to an operator and ultimately a Foreman with many stops along the way. I had the opportunity to perform and manage the installation and rehabilitation of storm drain, sewer, water and irrigation pipes and structures. My field experience gives me great perspective as I have been in the trenches stabbing pipe, behind the wheel and the bucket and dealt with business owners during major operation in an urban environment. I left Team Fishel in December of 2014 to pursue other interests.For most of my adult life, from 1996 to 2011, I competed as a professional motocross and supercross racer and traveled the world competing at the sports highest level. In 2002 I founded Team Solitaire, the first rider-owned racing team in professional Supercross and Motocross. I continued to operate and manage Team Solitaire through the remainder of my professional racing career. In 2009, along with a partner, I opened The Dirt Lab, a motorcycle service, parts and accessories store in Phoenix, AZ. In 2011 I sold my shares in The Dirt Lab in order to spend more time with my young children. During this time I worked as a freelance graphic designer with an emphasis on web design and print collateral. For five years I penned a column in RACERX Magazine entitled "Solitaire" documenting my life on the road. Additionally, I have done color commentary for ESPN and ESPN2 and been the focus of an ESPN documentary about my racing career.
