Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual maintenance on the pin-spotters which involves; clean and lube, check and replace worn or damaged components and disassemble and re-assemble all major components.I also have to deal with electrical issues, most of the time problem solving by using process of elimination and then onto replacing faulty connections, contactors, relays, capacitors and switches.A pneumatic system is also in place within the building to operate the bumpers for the lanes.General building maintenance is also part of this position.
