(Reporting into the Head of Product and Propositions)Responsibilities:o Commercially managed the Bupa Global IPMI product portfolio, being accountable for the in-life and end-of-life of the portfolioo Designed a rationalisation strategy aimed at retiring products from the market and migrating customers, in order to remove portfolio complexity and risko Analysis and reporting of product performance through deep dive product/portfolio commercial reviews to isolate trends, opportunities and customer pain points o Worked closely with cross functional teams to ensure an in-depth understanding of in-life customer behaviour and satisfaction, to help drive commercial decisionso Managed key regulatory changes issued by the FCA our global insurer network aligned to the risk appetite of the businessResults:o Designed and implemented a rationalisation framework for the individual international private medical insurance (IPMI) portfolio - the first time this has been achieved in Bupa Global’s historyo Designed and implemented a portfolio management framework segmenting the IPMI portfolio in three key segments allowing clearer strategic focus and directiono Created a product management road map with clear deliverables aligned to each segment in order to give greater commercial success and manage risko Conducted deep dive product reviews detailing key performance trends, market purchase behaviour variation and key customer pain points outlining clear recommendations to address

o Accountable for member retention and product marketing across 75 sites in a business with a £150m t/o. o Member communication strategy to support the member lifecycle, encouraging loyalty and increasing lifetime value.o Promotion of Consumer Wellbeing products and services including in centre communications and POS.o Marketing business partner for Primary & Preventative Healthcare (PPH) - a £26m revenue product.o Management and mentoring of 4 direct reports and budget control of £1m.
