I am an after hours manager for Universal Protection, I am the primary contact point for employee and clients that need to change schedules or add services. I respond to emergencies in the field and am responsible for taking control of an emergency and providing coordination between our private security officers and local authorities. I train new security officers on the duties and expectations when they are assigned to a site. I monitor and observe our guard employees to ensure our clients are receiving top notch services.

I was responsible for enforcing federal and local law, as well as base policies onboard US Naval property. I conducted police patrols of the base, responded to emergencies and calls for service and took proactive measures to ensure the protection of life and property. I was also a qualified 911 dispatcher, taking emergency calls and dispatching security/law enforcement as needed. I specialized in waterborne law enforcement and anti-terrorism, commanding a 32' patrol craft.
