Mission Statement: To make Dixons Carphone the number one place for purchasing Home phone, Broadband and TV services for consumer customers.As an Area performance Manager I was responsible for driving the performance of 20 stores with 24 colleagues reporting directly into me. I was the key support for the colleagues and store managers to help with their development and maximise the commercial opportunity of each store. I was also responsible for the weekly and monthly performance of each colleague. In that time conducting probation reviews as well as monthly and quarterly PDP's. Building strong relationships with all store managers and Regional Managers to maximise performance and promote best practise and ensure that all communication has been delivered correctly.Key Achievements: • Top Region for connected sales rate v’s leads generated. 65% v’s business average of 33%.• Trained and accredited circa 100 people as Multiplay Experts for the Europe’s largest electrical retailer
