Returned to Sydney after a stint in London. In my current role, I work with all customers over two products. I engage with all customers to better understand their needs and communicate these findings back through to the product team via user stories. I am responsible for all of our ‘How To’ videos, run and facilitating webinars, and establishing our knowledge base to help clients get to know Streamtime and stay engaged. In addition to this, I am also responsible for all digital marketing, marketing surveys, and qualifying clients coming in from a free to paid plan.

Transferred to the London Office help ramp up support and maintain relationships with current clients. Support:- Maintaining support processes for phone and email support for European clients.- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues ranging from database bugs, operating system conflicts, web services compatibility & configuration (Apache & iis) to network issues. Logging, resolving where possible or escalating through established paths.- Reviewing and looking after Knowledge Base to ensure smooth support. - Maintaining a high level of communication with clients to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.- Tracking and understanding the area's that were driving support questions - communicating them to product and dev teams for future releases.Account Management- Communication with prospects, clients in form of accounts questions, disputes, training- Generating new business and running Sales demo's and presenting to clients- Attending events to create relationships and being a Streamtime Representative
