CurrentAssociate level position.I provide BIM coordination to the design team, coordinate workload and workflow for the structural design team and oversee the standards, templates and training of many of the departments and design staff. I coordinate a cohesive workflow and high level of quality of deliverables for the structural department. I also audit BIM models and evaluate references from outside consultants. I perform managerial tasks for the structural department including hiring and dismissal of design staff.
