Beginning my professional journey at the age of 16, I worked remotely for my father's IT company, specializing in server maintenance. A pivotal moment arose when I advised the company to invest $100,000 in the stock market, resulting in a $70,000 profit. This success enabled the company to expand into a new office space, marking a significant milestone in its growth journey.Transitioning to a role as a Customer Service Representative at the American Occupational Therapy Association, I adeptly managed purchase orders, facilitated payments, and oversaw transactions totaling $500,000. Additionally, recognizing the need for structured training, I took the initiative to create a comprehensive reference guide for future training of customer service representatives, streamlining onboarding processes and ensuring consistent service excellence.This experience helped me become even better with finances and strengthened my commitment to achieving outstanding outcomes.Currently, I am embarking on a new chapter as a Financial Management Analyst for the Department of the Navy.
