AMBITIOUS LEADER WITH THE DESIRE TO CONTINUE GROWINGI joined Spire Energy, formerly Missouri Gas Energy, in 2010 as an apprentice. Through my determination and leadership skills, I have continually grown within the company to obtain my current position, Supervisor. As a Supervisor, I oversee contract crews replacing old infrastructure. In my previous roles within the company, I have had years of customer-experience training as a service technician, inspected jobsite operations as an Inspector, ran machinery as a Backhoe Operator, and managed new and replacement work as a Foreman. Through my time in these positions, I enhanced my organizational skills, developed crucial leadership talents, and improved my professional communications. My professional drive and hunger for learning have been critical components of my career growth. As a manager, I have found teamwork and collaboration to be the most valuable characteristics in leading my team to greater success within Spire Energy.
