A selection of the duties I am responsible for are;• Planning daily and weekly tasks for the workforce• Ensuring Health and Safety policies are followed and information is accessible to staff regarding their implementation.• Ensure highest standards are maintained in the implementation of Customer Service Excellence.• Provide immediate support to the Cluster Manager as well as the Assistant Cluster Managers.• Monitor Regular and Special Events.• Environmental Management.• Deal directly and timeously with personnel issues.• Manage procurement and repairs & maintenance within the facility.• Operating the Swimming Pool Plant room.• Swimming Pool Water Testing.• Monitor and manage staffing and absence levels.• Ensure staff are trained and given the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their duties.
