Own end-to-end, full cycle recruitment for the Global Procurement / Global Sustainability & Manufacturing at Nike World Headquarters, supporting all US-based roles in the North America (NA)

Provided direct oversight of a global team (Americas, Mexico, Canada, SOCO, Europe and Asia Pacific) supporting Nike’s talent mission by delivering essential HR services and program administration. This included, but was not limited to the creation (and activation) of the strategic business planning process for various talent and consulting arms of HR.
