With over 8 years of experience in youth engagement, I currently serve as a Youth Officer at Co-operation Ireland, where I spearhead both youth and IT projects. My journey has taken me across diverse environments—from the streets to schools and community settings—working with young people from Larne to Lurgan.Recently I have been developing skills in IT achieving the Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, and leading the development of a Power BI dashboard to enhance business development strategies.At the heart of my work is the drive to empower young people through personal development, fostering good relations, and nurturing peace-building skills. My role extends beyond project management to being a catalyst for change, guiding the youth to unlock their potential.I pride myself on my organisational ability and a deep-seated passion for nurturing talent.
