As a Reservation agent I answer both lodging and information phone calls. I book guests based on there; needs, wants and expectations. I help to create a great lodging experience with my knowledge of the surrounding area and the ability to book multiple properties we can present a variety of lodging. Each call is unique and as such require flexibility and expert knowledge. I can also book lodging with lift tickets, transport, and other activities to create a complete customized package for Guests.
