This business has been an entrepreneurial experiment from the start. There are currently two websites managed by this company and there may be more to come. These websites have been created, marketed, and written entirely by myself. I manage a YouTube channel that relates directly to both of the present websites. I manage as many as 30,000 views on the YouTube channel and about 10,000 visitors to the websites in a given month. Proper monetization of the websites has proved quite challenging and forced me to seek additional employment. This project took a substantial amount of time to setup initially, although at this time the work is part time and I have time to excel at something else as well.

At Sprint I was taking calls from customers wishing to cancel services. It was my job to attempt to resolve any issues that the customer had with their service, phone or bills in order to retain them as customers.

Main job function was to assist and explain medical policy and claims information to subscribers of medical insurance plans. I also assisted doctor’s offices with information on medical claims and policy benefit details. Most of this work was done via telephone communications, although there were also several inquiries sent in writing that required written response. Due to the vast amount of information handled in this position the team environment that we worked in was very important. After a few years in this position I was heavily relied on by my team members for answers to questions they were unable to resolve and assistance with claim processing.
