Monitored, maintained, and troubleshot web applications, software clusters, and other enterprise applications. Reviewed, tested, and executed system failovers from production to alternate site configuration for Disaster Recovery (DR) testing and software build deployments. Supported various system deployment and upgrades.Storage Area Network (SAN) administrator: Translated application requirements into physical storage, maintaining two EMC DMX-3s, two NAS SRDF servers, two NAS 480 file servers, and four Cisco SAN switches with 200 terabytes of storage between the primary and failover site. Provided on-site support and training on SAN operations for development lab personnel. Determined Oracle database disk needs and optimized SAN disk configuration for performance.Account Administrator: Managed over 2,000 user and application accounts. Reviewed and maintaining account paperwork, determined level of access, developed user procedures and forms, created access policies, and provide support for account issues. Additionally, provided user usage data and account synchronization statistics.
