• Possesses extensive knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as pivot tables and V-lookups in accordance with Excel

• Primary point of contact for account support to District Sales Managers and Seed Dealers on both National and Regional Brand levels
• Provided strategic direction and constant communication to ensure that the completion of daily transactions at every level achieved in a successful and timely manner
• Responsible for coordinating & changes within sales orders, deliveries, and ensuring product availability is met in a timely and professional manner
• Provided assistance on Regional Brand reporting and support, while also meeting daily goals within original role to National Brands accounts

• Primary point of contact for Crop Placement Specialists in numerous plants in South America and Europe regarding Monsanto seeds
• Manage multiple spreadsheets to coordinate sales orders, tracing shipments, and to ensure material availability is met
• Provided strategic direction and constant communication to ensure that the completion of daily transactions at every level achieved in a successful and timely manner
• Responsible for analyzing and allocating process orders while ensuring proper inventory levels at locations worldwide and maintaining ownership of multiple productions on a global level
• Assigned National Accounts needing additional service in contract agreement systems. Perform as a communication liaison between multiple divisions to get the client’s transactions and data accurate
• Responsible for data analysis, master files records in system and directly communicating with clients for verification requirements on all shipments and delivery dates
