My professional experience ranges from:Currently, Project Management of project cost, schedule, procurement, design, contract management, of TBM/pipe jacking projects, open cut construction projects, storm tunnel relining and rehabilitation.In the past, Project Coordination of tunneling projects during the bidding phase ranging from $80M CAD - $400M CAD. Managing the execution and successful acquisition of pre-qualified status for projects up to a value of $200M CAD. Creation of Baseline Schedules for bid opportunities, subcontractor coordinator, and management for various bid opportunities. Market assessment of the tunnel construction industry, networking with previous and potential clientele and consultants, project tracking, and compiling/managing project data for tracking purposes. My site experience involved working at the Niagara Tunnel Project (Valued $1500M CAD), whereby, my duties and responsibilities involved: Production Planning, EPCM, Analysis of stamped engineering drawings issued for construction, liaising with sub-contractors and designers, instrumentation installation and data analysis (vibrating wire strain gauges, hydraulic strain gauges, hydraulic load testing devices and hydraulic pull testing devices for rock bolts), QA/QC of rock support and excavation/waterproofing surfaces. I am currently registered as an E.I.T within the province of Ontario.
