We liaise with tenants, legal teams and a range of other specialists in order to help the tenant through the application process, getting them to provide documentation and declarations so that we can verify any purchaser, as well as highlight any potential fraud issues to our legal team to ensure social housing stays available for those who most need it. I was then asked to take on a role with the customer success team, who dealt with retention and complaints which were not easily resolvable. Within this role, we were set targets which were constantly changing and became increasingly higher due to the success rates of the performance of myself and the team.
