This was my first experience doing hands on cooking prep, kitchen prep/cleanup, preparing authentic Kurdish cuisine and preparing authentic naan bread in a tandoori. I also became trained in restaurant management and became skilled in fast, quality dish preparation and service.

Worked with boys of all ages in a Christian foster care facility. I administered medication, cooked meals, supervised daily chores, and was the guard at night ensuring the premises were secure and residents were safe. i also mentored and taught the bible to youth and inspired them to search scripture and get understanding.I was also trained in medication, crisis prevention, first aid and CPR and some entry level counseling training.
