We can image a computer or surface tablet saving down-time for the user and have their computer back to them quicker thus reducing actual down-time.

- Provide technical support to 120 users on a windows domain network.- Configure, install & deploy new workstations to users.- Make sure systems are configured to follow company polices & procedures.- Follow proper procedures for removing old workstations from domain.- Removal of malware & viruses from infected workstations on company network.- Work with vendors to order technology for users and answer questions.- Order software licenses, keep track of count, where they go and who has them installed.- Provide user with support on their computer hardware, software or telephone extension.- Meet user to determine replacing their existing workstation with a newer model.- Install devices to company network such as printers, Apple TV's, Scanners,ect....- Wi-Fi network support.- Provision mobile devices to work on corporate network so proper e-mail procedures are followed.- Build new user accounts in Active Directory following company security policies.- Maintain policies of company for Active Directory Administration- Provide Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Administration.- Reset user passwords in Active Directory- Blackbaud Rasier's Edge Account Administration- Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains Account Administration- Setup user phone extension with name, speed dial buttons, voice-mail box & extension number- Setup custom voice-mail, phone extension and/or routing.- Responsible for the deletion of all data from company computers before sale or if item is to be sold.All Windows Operating SystemsWindows Server 2003, 2008Apple IOSAndroidMicrosoft Exchange 2003, 2007 & 2010Apple Mac OSX All VersionsMicrosoft Office 97, 2003, 2007, 2010 & 2013Adobe Acrobat ProMicrosoft GP DynamicsBlackbaud Rasiers EdgeMicrosoft Lync 2013
