Shortly after, I was trained in the Integrated Shipboard Information System for oversight of flight operations as well as the Northrup-Grumman C2PC Command and Control computer system. I later attended the Navy's First-Line Leadership Academy in Damneck, VA and was promoted to Work Center Supervisor over a crew of 10 technicians.
