Main Responsibilities:■Reinforce a highly safety conscious culture through the leadership of daily safety activities. Lead and/or participate in all safety reporting requirements such as tailgate meetings, JSAs, close calls, etc. and partner with customers, operators, and other organizations located on site to ensure a safe working environment.■Manage direct reports to ensure all sales and service activities are meeting customer expectations. Support customer and supplier relationships by assisting sales and technical representatives on sales calls, surveys and recommendations. ■Partner with current customers on existing business and future opportunities for additional products and/or services within engineering and technical support to ensure that proper resources are able to keep up with customer expectations of support.■Provide input and support on pricing strategies, service models, efficiencies, other potential revenue streams, product profitability, defending existing business, and prospecting.■Drive new business development by planning activities with direct report staff and participation in RFPs. ■Monitor local trends, industry events (NACE, etc.), local and regional competition, market share and pricing within their assigned area. Drive continuous improvement of existing customer solutions, customer service and product optimization.■Responsible for the delivery of all reports and correspondence required by customer contracts and internal reporting responsibilities.■Partner with matrix organizational units and personnel to deliver initiatives in those areas (QHSSE, HR, Accounting, etc.)

Main Responsibilities:Lead account management activities, interactions, and a key participant in target accounts. Coordinate and lead field surveys and technical audits, understand and utilize all CTI technical and testing resources, comprehend, analyze, and write technical documents, design comprehensive treatment applications.Interview customers to assess wants, needs, and determine what concerns they have and develop alternatives to alleviate concerns. Troubleshoot and provide proactive solutions.Assist with RFPs by providing system and production information, analytical reports, mapping, treating rates, product recommendations, system data management.Perform basic field water, microbiological, crude and hydrocarbon analysis and testing, interpret basic lab test resultsResponsible for the collection of oil and water samples, through utilizing proper sample techniques, through sample preservation, labeling, and documentation.Maintains all safety and environmental practices and procedures.
