Managed all commercial and Business affairs for the academy including budgets and out of school facilities. I lead a non teaching team who was responsible for all community clubs and teams who used the facilities as well as hosting large events such as weddings, football tournaments and gathering. I set up a social hub in partnership with Leicester city football club which was opened by England footballer, Harry Maguire and included hosting the Premier league trophy at the school for the day.

After a multiple stage interview process, I was offered a position within the Enterprise-Rent-A-Car accelerated graduate management development programme. The scheme’s main aims are to engage the employee in an in-depth understanding of all key areas of business, such as personal sales, accountancy, business development, finance and human resources. As a Graduate Management Trainee, I was mainly responsible for ensuring both stability and advancement in the four key areas of the company’s business model: Customer Service; Business Growth; Business Profitability and Employee Development. In order to drive these four areas, I have been an integral part in the development of our new branch’s Business Plan. Within the Business Plan, I have undertaken specific roles as Branch Corporate Accounts Manager and Risk Manager, along with various secondary tasks such as mentoring. My most coveted achievement within the aforementioned duties came in leading my branch to the Group’s top three branches within the Business Growth and Marketing table. This result was achieved through endless hours of hard work, focusing on establishing a culture change within our team environment.My role was heavily sales focused, moreover since beginning at Enterprise, I have proudly been awarded within the Enterprise ‘Sales Elite Club’ on five occasions. Overall the Elite Club highlights and recognises the top fifteen employees with the highest sales records per month across the whole region (around five percent of all employees). I have additionally achieved both personal sales figures and customer satisfaction survey results far above the nationwide average for the company.
