Acting PMO Lead for an expansive SharePoint Centre of Excellence (COE) for WM's largest and most successful customer at the time. Assisted in the organic growth of the COE from less than £50k to over £800k within 18 months.Responsibilities included:Financial resourcing and planning, forecasting, risk analysis, programme and project management operations.
