● Corporate liaison managing all manners of cross-functional projects and communications between multi-segment leadership, client executives, contract vendors, and nationwide field teams● Intake & manage client inquiries concerning service disputes related to quality and liability claims/issues. Including, but not limited to, claims resolutions, environmental spill response/reporting, contract negotiations and settlements.● Oversee subsequent investigations, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action, and claim mitigation – resulting in $1.5MM P&L benefit in 2022● Formulate & maintain detailed tracking logs and Gantt matrices for routine performance reporting – including liability risk, cost of poor quality (COPQ), inventory compliance, and project tracking● Manage Document Control Master Files and assist Subject Matter Experts in authoring and distributing process control articles – including Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms, Flowcharts, Training Visuals etc.

● Formulate and manage all aspects of an ISO 9001:2015 Business Management System – including Document Control, Corrective Actions, Risk Reduction, Auditing and OSHA 29 CFR 1910 General Industry Safety Compliance ● Conduct regular reporting meetings on Quality & Safety performance/compliance providing general direction to leadership & subordinate managers● Manage other departmental directives through relevant software and programs including Asana task management & 4DX Lead/Lag Measurement methodologies. ● Conduct regular document reviews for process evaluations, validating conformity: and establishing efficiency proposals to eliminate waste (Policies, OPL’s, SOP’s, WI’s, etc.)
