Operations Manager
Current• Assist customers with product questions, selections, and purchases including in-store and e-service transactions.• Manage and maintain quality and consistency of product and service delivery.• Provide retailer base with sales reports and analytics in order to drive business and produce top results.• Provide regular product educational feedback to retailers and their staff.• Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.• Offer hands-on assistance to customers, assessing needs and maintaining current knowledge of consumer preferences.• Attend industry expo conventions to promote services and build relationships with prospective vendors.• Enhance client satisfaction ratings by scheduling on-site service requests, managing show logistics and booth functionality needs to meet demands.• Assistant lead to company website handler• Prepare monthly warranty reconciliations to match financial statements, verified coverage, submitted warranty claims on timely basis, processed warranty audit documentation.• Development of websites, digital signage, online advertising and managing a graphic design team.• Photoshoot involvement- photography/handle camera equipment/editing software• Assist photographers setting up shots, lighting, and backgrounds for products/advertising.
