Places & Community CCTV Control operator

My role is a front line security officer working on a number of sites, key roles including, delivering excellent customer service, support on site managers with shrink and incidents

I was a security supervisor at the Commonwealth Games athlete Village. I was the supervisor for the CCTV team at the village and daily give daily reports to the operation manager on site. My task was to ensure the CCTV control room was operating correctly to full requirements to client and working with other agencies.

I was worked as a in house security team member across the Grimsby institute of further and higher education estates, a large campus, student living area.I carried out work in the CCTV control room responsibilities including response to fire alarm or other emergency alarms. Dispatch security officers to incidentsI also carried out full site patrols around the estate.

I stated off as a security officer in the retail sector for a large food retailer. I soon moved up to a head office role to work in the Yorkshire and Lincolnshire manager. My role was to plan and rota in security officer rotas, site visit with offices and conduct KPI.

CCTV Remote Monitoring for a small business that had a support package to small stores such as local stores, My duty was to carry out CCTV Remote Monitoring and alert the business owner or manager to any problems such as theft. Daily working with Nisa, Spar and Best one retail stores.
