As Director of Sales at RapidAdvance I manage and train a team of Account Executives to work with our clients and give them the best customer experience possible. Our goal is to ensure that every customer and partner is given elite level service. Within that process my role is to ensure that we exceed our funding goals and consistently grow our partner and customer relationships.

As a Sr. Account Executive, I manage a team of Account Executives in-house as well as working directly with outside partners and business owners on a daily basis. I am actively involved in all phases of the sales cycle and serve as the primary point of contact for merchants and partners. The sales process includes maintaining direct contact with the business owner from the initial application process to the final closing of the deal. It also includes closing or assisting with merchant account renewals. Account Executives may be responsible for following warm leads, cold-calling, prospecting for clients and ISO leads or may be contacted directly by a prospective merchant. Ultimately, it is my goal to deliver signed contracts to RapidAdvance, represent the company in a professional manner and to support my merchants, partners and members of my team regarding any questions or concerns they may have.
