Key Responsibilities:• Managing 8 -12 warehouse team members in multiple locations across South West Ontario• Responsible for the organization and inventory management of HVAC, water heater, water purification and smart home equipment. Unloading of equipment, scanning and entering serialized equipment information into the system. • Daily staging of our products and materials prior to installations, document, and report on stock quantities at all times to ensure no stoppage of work due to inadequate equipment inventory.• Assist Install Crews with daily truck inspections and assure regularly scheduled maintenance is carried out.• Work closely with the Installation teams to ensure smooth and accurate flow of paperwork, model and serial numbers, warranty information and any documentation required for accurate customer history files• Maintain movements of inventory in the warehouse and ensure adequate inventory levels at all times through internal and third-party relationships• Monitor the use and turn of inventory equipment and consumables; make recommendations to increase / decrease inventory levels by SKU based on consumption• Complete purchase orders for new equipment where required; match install paperwork with sales file after install is complete• Produce inventory count, value, and stock turn reporting as required at the established frequency CORE COMPETENCIES*Ability to hold yourself and others accountable for results*Ability to drive change and process improvements*Capacity to think / act strategically and analytically*Ability to develop meaningful KPI's and reporting metrics*Ability to lead and manage teams / build relationships

-Responsible for organizing and directing Loaner staff in order to best execute all shipping, receiving and loaner kit activities-Train and develop Loaner team staff in all aspects of the loaner kit process, customer service and day to day job duties-Ensure staff adheres to company policies/ procedures and are scheduled appropriately to meet all departmental responsibilities and objectives-Engage and develop special projects for departmental improvement-Manage loaner kits by creating and maintaining comprehensive kit listings and accounting for all loaner kit locations across the country-Keep detailed and up to date records on each piece of equipment and loaner kit-Analyze and make recommendations to reduce, optimize and control inventory levels while meeting business requirements

-Coordinate loaner kit and other inventory shipments for nationwide surgeries based on requests from sales force-Receive loaner kits physically and electronically in ERP system and ensure all kit parts are in place and in working condition-Check, test and maintain surgical instrumentation and power equipment-Closely monitor inventory levels through regular cycle counts and distributing weekly reports to sales force regarding outstanding loaners-Create and maintain comprehensive listings of all loaner kits

-Prepare shipping documents along with the correct mailing labels and ensure that all orders and requests from the warehouse are correctly fulfilled-Perform the unpacking and receiving of product into ERP system and distribute contents to the right warehouse bin location-Maintaining accurate in house inventory by completing cycle counts and correcting as necessary -Track shipments as needed
