The clients that make up my book of business consist of fully insured and self-funded health plans ranging in industries such as Oil and Gas, Transportation, Healthcare, Hospitality and Technology.My daily tasks include:Project Management Responsible for overseeing large projects that can vary in complexity and length. Examples include: • Monthly financial reporting • Contract and policy reviews• Serve as escalated contact for benefit questions and claims resolution• RFP process - oversight of bids and proposals for varying lines of coverage• Implementation and coordination of new and existing lines of coverage• Managed and adhered to timeline for dissemination of legal notices• Extensive collaboration and design of open enrollment communication materials (print and digital)• Onsite and virtual presentation of open enrollment materials during annual enrollment• Contribute to overall sales objective by adding value with existing clients• Daily use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher)Customer Service Daily contact with clients with a focused approach on open communication and organization.
