I have been at Precision Machine for over 20 years. During this time, I have learned how to efficiently manage multiple large projects at a time. In order to manage these projects, I have also had to learn how to effectively manage a team of people who all have different strengths in order to accomplish our projects well. Also, as a result of managing people who either run machines or focus more on rebuilding, I have become proficient in both areas, which has enabled me to better assist and manage every one of my team members.
