Tasks include:Being responsible for overseeing timely and accurate monthly invoices are sent to various different clients.Applying commercial costing skills by assisting operations/engineers with cost controlling in order to maintain high margins on jobs.Ensuring fluent cash flow by monitoring aged debt and assisting with client invoice queries.Producing monthly client cost reports and attending monthly client meetings.Having final commercial approval on quotes before they are submitted to clients - making sure content is correct and they are in line with the contract.Holding weekly cost meetings with operations/engineers then delegating actions to be completed in line with ensuring remuneration for completed work.
