Be responsible for the 2nd line of defense in technology security and risk related matters under 3 tiers of risk defensive model, establishing technology/cyber risk management framework and bank-wide risk control mechanism for identifying and managing the technology/cyber risk in accordance with the ERM. Be responsible for China cyber security strategy and policy, lead the CRAF(Cyber Resilience Assessment Framework) and iCast(Intelligence-led Cyber Attack Simulation Testing) related remediation projects and implement annual overall IT risk assessment project.Other Accountabilities: Review and assess the security control for e-banking related systems and new products Provide regular/ad hoc reports to IT risk controller (Deputy Chief Executive) for management committees and Board Design, deploy IT risk management tools such as IT RCSA (Risk and Control self-assessment), KRIs (Key Risk Indicator), Risk Appetite, Risk Profile etc. In cooperation with 1st line and third-party consultant, review IT security assessment and test result, such as Multi-level Protection Scheme, e- channel penetration testing, make sure all high-risk security finding are addressed  Evaluate architecture design of multi-layer security and defense, provide consulting comments on IT security and issues Design IT outsourcing risk strategy and risk management framework, manage IT outsourcing project and control the risk in IT outsourcing area
