Ryan is a Director in PwC's Deals practice where he specializes in acquisition and divestiture due diligence services for private equity and corporate clients. He has +14 years of transaction services and accounting experience across a variety of industries including Retail & Consumer, Technology, Industrial Products & Services, and Financial Services. Ryan is trusted advisor to his clients and brings a depth of deals experience from working on transactions which range from single-location, middle-market companies to large, publicly held businesses with global operations. Over his career, Ryan has led hundreds of cross-functional and complex diligence projects across a variety of sectors. Ryan is a leader at the firm serving on the FY21 Deals Diversity & Inclusion council who goal is to promote a culture of belonging at PwC and bring actionable change in our communities. In FY22, he was selected to take a leadership role on the Deals Staff Council focused on several strategic initiatives across the Deals Platform including Recruiting, Onboarding, DEI, and Connectivity. He is currently a member of our Deals Consumer Sector team and champion / contributor to the PwC’s GenAI capabilities. Before beginning his career at PwC, Ryan received his undergraduate degree from the Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Pennsylvania and a current member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
