Ryan Donovan is pursuing his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Minnesota – College of Pharmacy with an expected graduation date of May 2019. He achieved his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Biochemistry from the College of Saint Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota in 2013.Since his graduation from the College of Saint Scholastica, Ryan has worked as a pharmacy technician with Target Pharmacy. He has worked at two Target locations - Roseville and Duluth, Minnesota, before the company transitioned to CVS pharmacy. Both locations offered unique experiences: Duluth with a very wide spread patient population and Roseville with its extremely high volume.Along with completing his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree, Ryan has an interest public health and social determinants of health. He hopes to do research in these areas to help him better improve the health of the communities he serves. After achieving his degree, Ryan is interested in working in community and ambulatory care settings with the possibility of completing a residency before entering the work force.
