My role as a technical Service representative was to deliver a high quality service to our new and existing customers within the HSE. This role demanded that tasks and duties were consistently met and a professional approach was obtained at all times. As part of the Aesculap division our focus was purely on Surgical Instrumentation. Because of my background work with Zimmer Ltd this gave me a advantage in understanding the medical industry. My core within this role was to demonstrate and discuss products best suited for the customer. To achieve this emailing, telephoning and territory planning was critical to this position. Product knowledge was essential and I was given the best training possible at the Aesculap Academy in Tuttlingen Germany.
