Ryan DownsBio:Ryan has over 20 years of experience managing complex, large exposure, and litigated workers’ compensation claims. He has tremendous knowledge of the federally mandated Longshore Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, as well as Mississippi and Alabama workers' compensation statute. Ryan’s experience includes a vast understanding of both State and Federal law, a fundamentally sound working relationship with both local/regional physicians and medical providers, as well as workers’ compensation attorney’s, both on the defense and plaintiff sides. Prior to joining Strategic Comp, Ryan worked as a Senior Claims Adjuster for FARA in their Pascagoula office handling Northrop Grumman’s Longshore files. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mississippi State University and a Master of Business Administration from William Carey University.
