As the Assistant Director of Clutch Academy, I am responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our afterschool program, where we provide a structured, supportive, and engaging environment for students. One of my primary duties is organizing and coordinating the safe transportation of children from their schools to our facility. Once at the club, I oversee a range of activities designed to foster both academic achievement and holistic development.Our afterschool program is centered around creating a balanced routine that includes a homework club, where students receive guidance and support to complete their assignments, along with playtime that promotes social interaction, teamwork, and physical activity. In addition to these core activities, I lead the facilitation of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) projects that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and hands-on learning.In this role, I collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure that the program meets the needs of each child, providing personalized attention and fostering a nurturing environment. I take pride in helping students develop important life skills, from problem-solving to collaboration, while also ensuring they have fun and enjoy their time at the club. My goal is to create a space where students feel empowered, supported, and motivated to grow both academically and personally, making the afterschool hours a valuable extension of their learning experience.

During my time at University College Dublin (UCD), I completed a 12-month Master’s in Psychological Science, which was an enriching and intensive experience. The program allowed me to deepen my understanding of psychological principles, research methodologies, and practical applications within various fields of psychology.A major focus of my academic journey was my research thesis titled "Health Care Professionals' Perceptions on Resilience Among Adolescents and Young Adults with Cancer." This study explored the critical role of resilience in the emotional and psychological well-being of young cancer patients. I gathered insights from healthcare professionals, examining their views on how resilience develops in adolescents and young adults facing such a life-altering diagnosis. The research offered important perspectives on both the challenges and strengths these young individuals possess and provided valuable implications for enhancing psychological support in cancer care.Beyond academics, my experience at UCD was enriched by engaging with a diverse cohort of students and participating in a collaborative learning environment. I developed key skills in critical thinking, research design, and data analysis, which have been instrumental in shaping my understanding of psychological science, particularly in healthcare settings. My time at UCD not only deepened my expertise in psychology but also sparked a strong interest in the psychological aspects of resilience.

Neurofeedback Training is a type of non-invasive brain training based on the principles of operant conditioning. Through electroencephalography (EEG) technology, NFT measures and records brain wave activity. At the Dublin Mind Clinic, I have experience working with individuals of all ages and presentations. Some of the main presentations I work with include ADHD like symptoms such has hyperactivity, impulsivity and in attention as well as executive function. I also have experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety and PTSD. My work involves meeting with clients for initial consultations in which background information is gathered as well as a baseline QEEG. Following this I administer the NFT treatment for the duration of the clients time at the clinic. I am responsible for managing all case files as well as delivering reviews for the treatment.
