- Coordinate response to various emergency situations encountered throughout the GO network- Manage day to day service to assist in achieving on time performance goals- Assist in attendance management for drivers- Give presentation to new drivers regarding expectations and emergency situation management- Create manuals and SOP's for various computer software and internal procedures- Assist in post-collision investigation utilizing various technologies- Coordinate service recovery for planned and unplanned rail disruptions- Manage daily rail operations with a customer-focused and safety first approach- Work with rail crews to manage any situations that may arrive (defective railway crossings, trespasser incidents, medical emergencies, security incidents, etc)- Perform service adjustments as required to ensure continuity of service in the event of a service disruption

Manage corporate clients, generate new accounts, maintain relationships with existing accounts, prepare quotes, design commercial grade security applications, system integration, develop design drawings for prospective clients, maintain knowledge base in rapidly changing industry.
