I am receiving an honorable discharge after serving three years in the United States Army. During my time in the military, I obtained significant experience in combat engineering, human resources and training. Additionally, I developed key skills such as problem solving, critical thinking and communication. As I transition into the civilian workforce, I am seeking a challenging opportunity in human resources and people development; one that allows me to leverage my professional experience and educational background and apply those skills in the corporate landscape.Currently I serve as the Staff Principle for all matters concerning training, operations, planning, and force development. In this role, I am primarily responsible for advising, coordinating and supervising all current and future command operations within the 326 Engineering Battalion. As a result, I deal extensively with human resource matters within the battalion. As a testament of my contributions, the United States Army awarded me the NATO Commendation Medal due to my leadership and dedication, both of which were instrumental to the unit’s mission during combat operations.
