An Assistant Learning Support Tutor for Swindon Town U18’s LFE education programme, supporting the delivery to the scholars and supporting individual needs within an education setting.

- Oversee the development of each player within the ages of U9-U12, ensuring that players receive the relevant stretch and challenge whilst supporting difficult moments through their journey working aligned with other departments - Managing the Foundation Phase staff whilst supporting their coaching development, creating an environment for staff that is enjoyable whilst having the want to grow and develop- Planning and working in line with the syllabus - Lead an age group each season to support the development- Deliver player reviews each block- Create Individual Development Plans - Plan and monitor Depth Charts, recognising each players development journey- Retain and Release conversations with players and parents - Creating and adding innovative ideas to strengthen the training and games programme, providing a variety of experiences and exposures to enhance learning moments - Work closely with recruitment to establish the next player into our environment

Head Coach of New College Swindon Football Academies. Grown from 1 team in the Southwest Counties youth league and Wiltshire U18 Floodlit to three teams, Men’s first, Men’s second and Women’s first. With the Men’s teams competing in the AOC Southwest Championship Leagues and the Women’s competing in the AOC Southwest Regional Leagues. Within the Academies, I was responsible for marketing, recruitment, planning and delivering training, match days, analysis/tactical sessions and Gym sessions. Individual development for over 50 players in the male and female game as well as development and organisation of a small coaching team.

Community Sports Officer involved the management of a Football Foundation 3G Pitch including bookings management, staffing and Rotas, invoicing, customer communications, maintenance programme management and working with key stakeholders, contractors and community partners.

Progressed to a Head Coach within the company managing the day to day running of the business within a small team whilst developing a group of assistant coaches to benefit the progression of the company. Responsible for planning and delivering PE, football and multi sport sessions. Managed successful half term camps, PE lessons, development centres, after school clubs including school teams and weekend clubs.
