"About" sections don't only need to be about what I do for and with my company. I learned from Simon Sinek that everything should "Start With Why." That led me to reflect on not only what led me to this company, but this amazing industry.I was fortunate enough growing up to have to parents that showed my older sister and I what it truly meant to put others first. They did that every single day when it came to raising us. We were both given every opportunity to pursue the things we were passionate about; for me that was mostly sports. Athletics taught me the value of hard work, perseverance, and delayed gratification. It also taught me a lot about working with a team and giving everything I can for a greater purpose. Fast forward to where I am currently. I am blessed to say that I'm in a career where I get to continue what my parents taught me, and that is serving others is one of the best things on the planet. I also joined an organization that gave me those same feelings I had on the baseball field of camaraderie and working together to achieve greater results than I could do on my own. Since joining what is now Equitable Advisors, I have been fortunate to learn from amazing leadership and help many personal clients. I am currently in a role of Regional Vice President where I still enjoy serving people with achieve their financial goals, but I also have the pleasure of coaching and mentoring people into this amazing career. Our team is entering into it's 3rd year and am proud to say that we were ranked #3 in our class and top 25 in the entire country out of 250+ teams. We have even had 1st and 2nd year Advisors speak to our Leadership group and teach us a thing or two along the way! My ultimate goal is to empower others to ensure their best future, and I look forward to continue doing so with both clients and my amazing team and business partners.
