Current- Responsibilities for total operating scope of Omni Hotels' corporate offices dining facility, including menu planning, staffing, cost controls and P&L management.- Plan and execute all internal Banquet Event Orders for in-house corporate events.- Work with internal departments to mirror Omni Hotels Food & Beverage activations, initiatives and menu items in the corporate office setting.- Plan and execute VIP receptions and dining events for Omni Hotels ownership and senior-level leadership.- Year one in position achieved a 11.3% reduction in food cost, 11.7% reduction in total payroll and 14.3% reduction in operational expense as a percentage of gross revenue.
