The GEL team provides guidance on a variety of employment law topics and matters including protected leave management, discrimination, harassment, bullying/mobbing, wage and hour, performance management, counseling, terminations, reductions-in-force, strategic risk mitigation, manager and employee training, workplace investigations, employment policy drafting and revision, litigation and CBA/EA negotiation.
