At BambooHR I support the Payroll Services department by maintaining critical processes, tools, and systems. My team focuses on process improvement and thought leadership. We coordinate priorities and initiatives across the business to ensure alignment as BambooHR grows and strives to provide best-in-class products and experiences.

I project managed enterprise-level client implementations which included delivering a statement of work, coordinating and planning all technical details of the data exchange, and testing. Implementations were a mix of EDI over SFTP and AS2, and API calls. I would triage and validate any issues reported to me, then interface directly with engineers to design a solution, then test and validate that solution.I held this official title for only a few months, but it was the bulk of my role while acting as Technical Client Success lead after CommerceHub acquired Dsco.

I provided technical support to customers of the Dsco platform. My clients included micro business, enterprise-level businesses, and everything in between. Integrations were built via API, EDI, AS2, SFTP, and flat-file custom data mapping. I was a member of the team that determined product priorities and did sprint planning for the engineers.I managed internal platform processes, troubleshooting and resolving any failures that occurred in data exchange automation. I was responsible for triaging any unexpected behavior reported about the platform. I worked with the engineering department directly to QA product updates before they were released to production.I wrote and published help articles for the customer desk site. I documented and published the platform's Release Notes to keep customers informed of platform updates. I mentored and trained new tech support hires.
