I successfully helped organise and run a plastics exhibition and film festival, for a public and academic audience, with high profile clients such as Liz Bonnin. My role involved making contact with, and recruiting potential exhibitors, as well as producing my own exhibit, on the topic of bioplastics. I also gained experience in contributing to team meetings, working to a very strict schedule, and in public speaking.

During the pandemic I worked with underperforming, and underprivileged GCSE students, planning and delivering high quality science lessons. Punctuality, adaptability and empathy were key skills I used to help the children improve, and to give personalised advice and education. After 6 months in the role I was praised by the company for good reviews and punctuality, and was able to teach more regularly as a result.
