As a Talent coach, I am responsible for a caseload of 52+ learners all completing a variation of apprenticeships. The Learning management software I have been using includes iLearner, Tessello, OneFile and Bud, I have been the subject matter expert to help other colleagues with two systems Bud and iLearner. Within my time at Capita Learning I have gained/maintained a grade 1 from my OTLA's and strive to be the best for the company but, most importantly my learners. I pride myself on keeping all information up to date, having zero compliance issues, progressing my learners and providing the best service I can. I have significant experience with preparing learners for EPA and supporting them to achieve a distinction. I have been able to adapt quickly during the COVID-19 situation by delivering to learners remotely using Zoom, Microsoft team and skype.
