Created automated metrics, commission structure, and lead tracking process for Sales team, driving a 14% YOY revenue increase. Currently on track for another 16% YOY increase. Implemented sales training and product knowledge training for sales staff, along with call recording reviews, to improve performance.Led collaboration with marketing department to refine marketing strategies, e.g. demographic targeting, using metrics to verify improvements. Implemented automated emails and SMS messaging to increase lead conversion rates, which, along with ad targeting improvements, has resulted in an increase from 30-35% to 45-55% sustained lead conversion rates.
