I lead corporate strategy initiatives at an automotive startup overseeing a team of analysts. My responsibilities range from market analysis, corporate financing initiatives, strategic partnerships and corporate deals.

I lead our Talent Operations function at Rivian -- establishing department process to enable the organization to scale. In my 1 year as the interim department head, I drafted Rivian's core cultural doctrine called Rivian 101, designed the new hire orientation experience, and established recruitment protocols. These contributions enabled the company to scale from ~70 people to ~250 people in a 12 month period.
