From 2012 to 2016, Ryan led the Digital in Mining practice in Asia and our client service for a top global resources company on supply chain optimization and productivity through automation and analytics.From 2008 to 2014, Ryan also served a top Australian retailer on its strategy in response to changing customer needs and greater competition. The individual efforts included researching customer needs and refreshing the value proposition, better tailoring of offers through enhanced understanding of customers, and taking an end-to-end perspective on the full supply chain.
